# Ош увеличит число строящихся домов по льготной муниципальной ипотеке

**В Оше увеличат число строящихся многоэтажных домов, чтобы сделать жилье более доступным для населения в рамках выдачи льготной муниципальной ипотеки. Об этом заявил мэр города Бакытбек Жетигенов.**

Как сообщила пресс-служба муниципалитета, новые дома в городе строит муниципальное ипотечное предприятие города Ош. В настоящее время возводятся дома в рамках программы долевого строительства по улицам Набережная и Тилеке-Батыра.

Во время осмотра объектов строительства мэр заявил, что в Оше в связи с большим спросом необходимо увеличить число многоэтажных домов, которые могут быть распределены среди населения в рамках **ипотечной программы** и **проекта «Долевое строительство»**.

> Глава муниципального ипотечного предприятия Кутманалы Абдырахман уулу сообщил, что в настоящее время идет подготовка к началу строительства **еще одного многоэтажного дома** в рамках муниципальной ипотечной программы.
