# В Кыргызстане открылся первый государственный инновационный центр

**В Кыргызстане сегодня, 27 сентября, открылся первый государственный инновационный центр. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба Кыргызпатента.**

В церемонии открытия центра приняли участие директор Кыргызпатента Рахат Керимбаева Топчубаевна и заместитель председателя кабмина Эдил Байсалов.

> «Создание такого инфраструктурного компонента гармонично вписывается в наше концептуальное видение инновационной экосистемы Кыргызстана. Это первый шаг. И нам нельзя останавливаться на достигнутом. Инновационная инфраструктура не должна ограничиваться столицей. Предлагаю к 2024 году создать аналогичные инновационные центры во всех областях. Выражаю уверенность, что коллектив Кыргызпатента справится с этой задачей», — отметил Байсалов.

В рамках официального открытия инновационного центра организован форум «Развитие экосистемы интеллектуальной собственности и инноваций в КР». Форум направлен на формирование экосистемы инноваций, который предоставит возможность разработать дорожную карту и план развития инновационного центра с учетом предложений экспертов и всех представителей экосистемы интеллектуальной собственности и инноваций.

В мероприятии приняли участие члены кабмина, представители Всемирной организации интеллектуальной собственности, Евразийского патентного ведомства, Европейской Экономической Комиссии ООН, патентных ведомств, послы и представители дипломатического корпуса, международные и отечественные эксперты в сфере инноваций, креативной экономики, IT-технологий, стартаперы, а также партнеры Кыргызпатента.

##### Справка

Инновационный центр создан на базе Государственной патентно-технической библиотеки при Кыргызпатенте. Для этого бумажный фонд библиотеки был оцифрован на протяжении последних четырех лет и пользователям был дан онлайн-доступ к фондам и патентной литературе.

Высвободившиеся помещения библиотеки были переоборудованы под компоненты инновационного центра:

- Fablab – производственная лаборатория для изготовления прототипов и проверки идей
- Youth iLab — детская лаборатория
- коворкинг-зона
- конференц-зал с современным оборудованием
- комнаты для встреч
- патентно-технический фонд
