# Государству вернули 196.83 га земель на 112 млн сомов в Тонском районе

**Прокуратура Тонского района выявила незаконную передачу 196.83 га сельхозземель в частную собственность в Иссык-Кульской области. Участки вернули государству, сообщает Генпрокуратура.**

По данным ведомства, Улахолский, Ак-Терекский, Мамбетовский и ранее Тонский (сейчас Кун-Чыгыш) айыл окмоту в 2007–2008 годах незаконно передали в частную собственность земельные участки сельскохозяйственного назначения общей площадью **196.83 га**.

> В надзорном ведомстве уточнили, что по итогам принятых мер эти участки рыночной **стоимостью 112 млн сомов** вернули государству.
